Life on the farm...

Summer in North Idaho sure beats the AZ heat!  Unfortunately, there have been fires in the NW, and it has been warmer than usual.  It is still nice here.  I've managed to pick a lot of berries and made lots of jam, am waiting for the apples to ripen, and finally finished the front landscaping.  We've spent a lot of evenings bar-b-queing, enjoying the sunsets from the deck, and watching the humming birds feed.

    Cindy---I've never seen your farm but have heard so much about it from Marralee and Ed! Now I know what they're talking about! It's so beautiful!!! Thanks for posting!!! When I saw the pictures of the pavers and the potted plants, I thought of Arizona, but it all looks perfect in Idaho!!! Enjoy the rest of your summer----Jo Ann

      Would you believe I couldn't find a single colorful pot down in PHX anywhere! All these wonderful, bright colored pots here at Moscow BLDG supply are 50% off. I'm thinking about buying them all, taking them back down to PHX and selling them at a flea market.
